How to Book
We run out of Burbank, about 17 miles from Arcadia, so we schedule installation jobs here rather than same-day drop-ins. Call or use the Arcadia service page to get on the calendar; tell us the door width, whether it's a single or double bay, and roughly how old the current door is. That's enough for us to bring the right hardware on the truck instead of making a second trip. If you're also curious about our full range of install and repair work, that's covered on the Burbank installation page, not here - this page is just about getting a new door in at your address.
Parts We Carry
For a straight new-door install we stock standard steel and insulated panel doors in the common widths, plus torsion springs sized to the door weight, galvanized track, and standard-lift and high-lift drum kits. What we don't carry on the truck is anything custom-built to order - a specific wood-look panel or a nonstandard opening width has to be special-ordered, and that adds lead time before we can even schedule the install. If your opening is a standard 16-foot double or an 8- or 9-foot single, we can usually turn the job around fast. If it's an odd size, tell us before the appointment so we're not guessing on-site.
What the Repair Takes
A full new-door install, once we're on-site with the right door and hardware, typically runs a half day to a full day depending on whether the opener also needs replacing and whether the header needs reinforcing first. We remove the old door and track, set new jamb brackets if the framing needs it, install the door and springs, and balance and test the whole system before we leave. The one thing we won't do is rush a header repair to hit a same-day timeline - if the framing behind the opening isn't sound, we say so and schedule the fix first. Skipping that step is how a new door ends up sagging at the same spot the old one did.
